Stephanie developed her love for fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle while in the military after the birth of her second daughter. Just short of returning to work she realized none of her pre-pregnancy uniforms fit and buying new ones was not an option. She began working out six days a week and was able to lose the weight and never looked back. Stephanie is also a passionate chef who loves sharing healthy nutrition tips and recipes. Additionally, as a licensed massage therapist she loves to provide healing bodywork with homework that encourage her clients to gain control of their own healing while embracing their lifestyle change.
