CORE & BALANCE TRAINING

Light up every muscle with our core-forward class that sets traditional moves with energy and excitement. Through the use of continuous choreography, your muscles will burn, strengthen, and flex.  These total body sculpting classes combine light weight training, flexibility movements and core strengthening exercises.
