Our yoga program consists of classic style yoga poses, with emphasis on enhancing flexibility and improving overall core body strength. Open to all levels of experience from the beginner to the advanced yoga enthusiast.
What should I bring? We offer loaner mats for those who are trying out the class for the first time. However, you will need to bring your own mat if coming on a regular basis. Please don’t forget your towel & bottled water.
