CORE STRENGTH TRAINING

Ready to get your core into tip-top shape? Our core and abdominal workouts utilize stability balls, Bosu, and bands of all sizes to challenge your core from various positions. They can strengthen your abdominal area while improving its stability and strength. In just one-hour long class, you can burn 500 to 800 calories. There is limited availability and signup is required.
